Athletics

General Information

• Athletics Forms are submitted online only. Do not drop off forms to the office!
• Parents and students will need to go to https://www.homecampus.com/ to register. The registration is the sign up process. This is the same process as high school.
• Instructions on applying
• Athletic Clearance Forms - no chiropractors will be accepted. The Medical Stamp of the medical facility must be on the form.
• Practice and Game Schedule will be available in Parent Square & Team Google Classroom as we get closer to the sports date. Practice and game dates are subject to change before and during seasons. 

ELIGIBILITY 

• Students must have a minimum of 2.0 GPA and no F’s in the season/trimester they are trying out for. 
• Are in good standing with attendance and tardies (10 tardies or less per trimester). Attendance and/or tardy checks will be done weekly, if student athletes have attendance and/or tardy concerns student athlete will not be allowed to participate in practice or compete in games.
• Weekly Grade Checks- Coaches will use this at their discretion. 
• Suspensions in that season/trimester will result in dismissal from the team. If student gets suspended 20 days prior to the practice date, they are no longer eligible to tryout for that sport.

All students will need to complete an athletic clearance via Home Campus to be able to participate.
